I had a very welcoming experience at this hotel - the owners were extremely accommodating when I arrived early, allowing me to use a room to freshen up after a long drive from the UK. The dinner each evening was exceptional, with beautifully presented and delicious 5-course meals.
Nothing, all was good.

I recently stayed in a beautiful traditional Austrian hotel in a quaint alpine village. the friendly staff provided exceptional service and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. the hotel had both modern and traditional rooms making it comfortable and unique. the location was perfect for skiing with access to several ski resorts within a short drive, which meant that we didn't have to wait in line or experience overcrowded slopes. the sauna facilities were also a plus.
That the beds were quite hard, which made for a less than perfect night's sleep.

the location of the hotel, nestled close to a crystal, clear stream of glacial meltwater, provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the room was clean and comfortable, with a well, maintained bathroom. the service throughout my stay was exceptional, with attentive and dedicated staff members. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. the hotel also boasted a spa and wellness area, complete with saunas and relaxation areas, offering a perfect place to unwind after a long day.
The Wi, Fi signal in the hotel was occasionally weak.

The hotel itself was beautifully designed, blending modern style with traditional themes. The views from the hotel were outstanding, offering breathtaking landscapes of the surrounding valley. the hotel's convenient location close to the ski bus stop and kids ski area made it an ideal choice for families.
The only downside to my experience was the firmness of the beds. While everything else was exceptional, I found the beds to be on the harder side, which affected my comfort during the night.
